Shipping And Delivery

Order Processing

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Delhivery, FedEx, eKart, ECom Express, and India Speed Post.

Some pin codes may not be serviceable by certain courier partners on prepaid or Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services. In such cases, we ship via India Speed Post, as it covers all pin codes under prepaid mode. Orders are shipped within 0–7 business days. Deliveries via India Post typically take 3–15 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We encourage prepaid orders, which include zero delivery or shipping charges.

For COD orders, customers must pay ₹30 upfront, which will be adjusted against the final payable amount.If the order is canceled, this upfront amount will be retained to compensate a part of return delivery charges.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and meets all [return conditions]. Refunds will be processed for the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

Exchanges or returns due to incorrect size or non-defective reasons must be handled at the customer’s expense by placing a new order.

Order Tracking & Shipping Status

Once a shipping label is generated, you can track your order from your dashboard. The tracking ID may show one of the following statuses:

  • Pickup Scheduled: Pickup request sent to courier.
  • Pickup Error: Order details/API issue preventing pickup.
  • Out for Pickup: Courier is on the way to collect your parcel.
  • Order Picked Up: Order collected from our facility.
  • Out for Delivery: Package is on its way to you.
  • Undelivered (1st/2nd/3rd Attempt): Delivery attempt unsuccessful due to:
    • Customer not contactable
    • Incomplete address
    • COD amount not ready
    • Future delivery requested
    • Self-pickup requested
    • Customer refused delivery
    • Premises closed
  • Delivered: Package successfully delivered.
  • RTO (Return to Origin) Initiated: Package is being returned to us.
  • RTO Delivered: Returned package delivered to our address.
  • Reverse Pickup Initiated: Reverse pickup request has been placed.

Undelivered Orders

  • If you do not receive a delivery call or if no delivery attempt was made, please contact us within 24 hours at care@minutefit.in with your Order Number and AWB Number for reattempt.

Important Address Guidelines

To avoid delays, cancellations, or returns (RTO), please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes:

  • Door/House Number
  • Street Name
  • Area/Locality
  • City & State
  • Pincode
  • Landmark

If your address is incomplete, please update it before placing your order.
